The room was very clean the staff was helpful nice pool area good breakfast. I did not like the fact that I had to pay to park in the hotel parking lot I paid a lot for the room parking should be free.

Ground transport from the airport was full twice around. After 40 minutes people got tired of waiting and angrily got in taxis to the Hyatt. We were warned that the next morning we might not make it to the cruise port on time so we rented uber. Also free breakfast was awful. No waffles. Just terrible eggs.
