It took awhile to check in but the staff was great to deal with. The soap and shampoo were both empty. The bedding for the fold out was missing a sheet and pillow case. On the plus side they got us the missing items very quickly. This is also the first "suite" I've stayed in that was one open room with a fold out couch. Overall, the staff were really great people who I believe are over run and working short of people. Good people but the hotel is not managed very well.

The pull out sofa was dirty, un made, and 2 inches thick. Pillows supplied by its no pillow cases. Asked front desk as he was trying to help he stopped helping me and preceded To help a male costumer that was behind me. The body soap was empty (didn’t notice till in shower). Only three towels for 4 guest, one hand towel. I could go on and on.

The suite was very nice. Check in was late —- we felt sorry for the desk clerks. The hotel was full the night before and check in was delayed by as much as 90 minutes. A lobby full of guest who could not get in their rooms. The staff handled as well as possible. Could have provided some up dates… maybe.
