"This is such a great hotel with lots of character! It's right in the walkable downtown Florence area so you can walk out the front door and find a general store to get snacks/souvenirs, several restaurants and shops. The bed was very comfortable and the room itself was spacious. There is a bar and restaurant in the hotel which was very lively when I checked in but nothing that kept me from sleeping. There are lots of nice architectural details that have been preserved - clearly it's an old building. Staff was very friendly. You can park very easily (for free!) right on the street or in the parking lot across the street."

"While the outside is not great the inside of the room was very nice. You will be pleased once you walk in. Shower head and water pressure excellent. Clean room, comfortable beds,great price and updated furnishings"

"We've stayed in a number of places over the past few years, and this hotel was a cleanest. Even the A/C filters were clean, and the towels were folded nicely, and bathroom amenities all set out nicely. So many hotels now just have some liquid dispensers, but these were actual wrapped soaps, lotion, shampoo, body wash, and conditioner. Easy off of 95, and Front Desk clerk was friendly and helpful."
