I knew what I paid for, so I wasn’t upset.

It wasn’t the Worst Hotel I stayed at. It needs more help with the up keep. The staff was great they did what they could to resolve issues and accommodate for inconveniences. Cristina was amazing. She gave the Auntie that takes good care of the family feeling. If you get cleaning products from the local stores, and go over what they missed you might feel more comfortable. But there are A Lot of Bugs outside the property. If you leave your door cracked, they might come in. Not sure if you can deal with that.

Lady at front desk was extremely nice however condition of room was dirty, had bad smells, not appealing and somewhat uncomfortable even being in.

Would never recommend this place. There were stains on the ceiling and on the sheets. It smells like mildew and cigarettes. The bathroom door didn’t even close. One of the lights would flicker when the switch was turned off. We got out of there as soon as possible the following morning.

This hotel is very run down from the common areas like the entrance to the hallways, very dirty the carpets are gross, the only saving grace to this place was the room was semi clean, don't think the floors in our room have ever been washed, spilled water from the cooler wiped iit up with a towel was black, other options in the area will never come back

The place looks like it is under renovation and perhaps this is why it looked very shady. The staff is very nice though. Very limited breakfast options as well. The bed sheets looked stained and the rooms can be a bit cleaner. Definitely not the best Wyndham I have stayed at.

Staffs are friendly. Beds and bath are clean. These are the most important things! Breakfast serves pancakes, fruits, cereal, bread, etc.

DIRTY HOTEL, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

room floors were dirty kids had to keep shoes on because feet turned black, had 3 rooms 2 rooms had bugs one room had wet floor in am and brown water out of tub faucet. Spoke with Mgr in am, promised FULL refund for 1 room and I needed to have Hotels.com call them to confirm refund. Later in day spoke with Hotels.com and they called hotel and hotel only offered partial refund of room night. Tried multiple times since to get this resolved but mgmt at hotel is avoiding call.
