Room was okay. Bed sheets weren’t clean but I used my own however I’m paying it to be clean. Noisy heard a lot of stumping dogs barking and crying. Room was average I think for the price could be cheaper. I’ve stayed at Raddison for cheaper and it was a lot nicer.

We could hear a lot of noise from the room above us. The bath towels had holes in them. The bed covering was thin and did not keep us warn. The heater was noisy and to loud to sleep with it on.

Our stay was very disappointing. When we turned on the bathroom light, bugs scattered across the floor, which immediately made the room feel dirty and unsanitary. The towels were rough and worn, the sheets felt like sandpaper, and the bed looked old and questionable enough that we were worried about possible bedbugs. The overall condition of the room and property felt neglected and poorly maintained. The breakfast was also very poor. The muffins tasted stale, the coffee area did not feel clean, and the waffle station did not look sanitary, so we chose not to eat there. We only needed a safe and clean place to sleep for a few hours during a long road trip, but this stay did not meet even that basic expectation. The only positive part of our experience was the woman who checked us in. She was kind, professional, and helpful. Unfortunately, the condition of the room and property overshadowed her efforts. This location needs major attention to cleanliness, maintenance, and overall quality.

I was booking a emplyee for fri and sat night, as i called up their to ask them about a early check in simce we work third. All approved, got their friday morning and seen i accidentally booked just Thursday night. She said no problem i will refund you then i booked Friday to Saturday agian, i never got the refund, called and they denied and pushed him out early before 11 am
