The facility was easy to find, was clean enough, but their top duvet was ripped and had serious snags, it was also covered in strands of hair. The windows had black mold growing in them. We asked for an ocean view. If you stood in the corner of the room and looked to the side of building we could see the bay. 6.5 out of 10. The price was too high for the quality of room. Lastly, a kiosk with a remote clerk checked us in. That felt scammy.

Our view was adequate, with a partial beach view. I did not like the virtual checkin. I prefer a face to face experience. The breakfast was a joke with dry muffins and stale granola bars. This in my book does not constitute a breakfast of any sort. It would have been more honest to say no breakfast was offered. Under amenities listed was a hot tub, no such service was available. This was a plain case of a bait and switch advertisement. I will never return to this hotel.

Better than expected for the price. The exterior is that of a 1960s stucco motel, but our room was a pleasant surprise, clearly carefully refurbished with microwave and fridge. The bed was a bit soft for my taste but still ok. The check in process via internet was a surprise but worked efficiently in the end. The grab and go breakfast was very basic but still better than nothing. Overall, this motel is an excellent budget choice.

This is an 0lder hotel that has been nicely refurbished. However, there is NO ONSITE STAFF! While the virtual staff (in the Phillipines), was efficient and friendly and th check in easy, if there is a problem, you are on your own. We had the toilet overflow right after we got there, and after finally getting in touch with the overseas staff, we were informed that we would need to fix it ouselves. We were directed to the lobby to look through cupboards to find a plunger and exra towels(which were counted-like were were going to steal them) It , luckily, was an easy fix and we didnt have to change change rooms, but disconcerting to pay so much and not have any staff support on site. I'm not sure i would stay here again just because of that, but i was not unhappy with the actual accomodations.
