This new-build is located in the iconic Fall River Valley, home to various mountain wildlife, just one mile from the north entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. Less than four miles east is downtown Estes Park, where you'll find various restaurants, shops, a seasonal farmers market, festivals, and the iconic Stanley Hotel.
Begin and end each day in alpine splendor. Enjoy breakfast next to the fireplace as you soak in the view of McGregor Mountain to the north. Or take your coffee outside to the covered wraparound porch, complete with ceiling-mounted heaters, as the morning sun illuminates Deer Mountain to the south. Finish the evening dining alfresco on the deck and gather around the gas firepit beneath the stars.
In this mountain masterpiece, you'll find vaulted ceilings, wood beams, and large living, dining, and bedroom areas. The design and décor is contemporary and comfortable. Enjoy a large kitchen with nine-foot ceilings, Caesarstone quartz countertops, a granite center island, bar stool seating, and high-end stainless steel appliances.
The stylish kitchen flows into an open dining and living area. An extendable dining room table includes a bar/beverage center with built-in drink and freezer drawers. The adjacent living room connects to the wraparound porch. It contains spacious seating with spectacular mountain views, privacy window shades, a 65″ smart TV with all your favorite channels, and a majestic fireplace / floor-to-ceiling reclaimed wood hearth.
Inside the sizeable primary bedroom, you'll find vaulted ceilings, privacy window shades, a 58″ smart TV, and large sliding doors with access to the wraparound porch and panoramic Rocky Mountain views. A rustic barn door takes you to the en suite spa-like primary bathroom, where you'll find two stand-alone vanities/sinks, a soaking tub and shower, and deluxe amenities such as a privacy top-down window shade, wall and rain shower heads, and heated floors.
Upstairs, you'll find two additional bedrooms with vaulted ceilings, ceiling fans, and 58″ smart TVs. The north guest bedroom, which some may think is a second primary bedroom, includes an en suite bathroom and a separate patio with a private sitting area where you can watch the sunset over the Rockies. Across the hall, a third bedroom includes off-suite access to a third full bath. Both upstairs bathrooms have a walk-in shower, double sinks, and plenty of countertop space.
Additional amenities include upstairs air-conditioning, a large laundry/mud room with a separate sink, and a full-size front-loading washer/dryer. The house has high-speed internet and four large smart TVs with access to live TV, cable, and sports via a DirecTV Stream Choice package.
There is an EV outlet (not a charger) in the garage.

Security camera details: Ring doorbell camera at the front door and a camera outside the garage pointed at the driveway.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
