Mold in the bathroom. "Hot tub" is exactly that, a tub that is hot! NO JETS!!! Was told its been that way for years. Will not stay there again. An old building that needs updating, not just "prettied up".

I wouldn't stay again , nor recommend. You pay extra for a view but they DO NOT guantee that you will get a view. They charge you a lot for parking. They dont tell you that when you call or check in, its very sneaky. The 1st floor is NOT a 1st floor. No elevator, you need to climb stairs. I witnessed a woman check in with a dolly full of items and a dog crate with her dog. She had a child and elderly parent. They checked her in and didnt even tell her she had to lug all that stuff up the stairs. She was shocked. They didn't even offer to help her. One night my cars battery had died. I called AAA. When the tow truck came, this guy came out of the hotel, I think he was security but no uniform or ID. He started yelling at me because I didn't tell the front desk that AAA was coming. I was never told that if AAA came that I had to inform the front desk. The guy finally stopped scolding me thanks to the tow truck guy. When I checked out my bill indicated different prices than what were advertised on Hotels.com. the days evened out but this was very misleading on the website to advertize one price then charge another. The ONLY reason I gave it a 1 star was because the location is convenient. When I travel through again, I will not be staying here again. This place made me feel very uncomfortable.

This hotel thinks it is a lot fancier than it is. it charges $14 a night for parking in a general parking lot, the food at the restaurant is way overpriced...$15 for 2 pancakes... the room is fine, but old, the shower head is rusting the "cabinet under the bathroom sink is just a painted board screwed in, one package of soap/shampoo (for a 2 occupancy room), no conditioner. like I said its fine, but there are much better hotels.
