"Very polite and helpful front desk staff. They even escort me to my room. Quick check in and out. Big bed but the mattress is a little too soft for me. Clean and nice bathroom, quick Wi-Fi, kettle for hot water, small fridge, working safe box, available elevator., at the corner of the big road even in a small alley, free breakfast with basic food and drink. Price a little highher than others but acceptable. I'll give it a 5/5"

"This was a very clean and comfortable property. We felt very safe coming and going. They treated us great. We were able to leave our bags there before check-in and after checkout. The breakfast is available until 9:00am, and they offered that to us when we arrived even though we were not going to be checking in until later that day. The staff were very helpful and friendly."

Both the food and service exceeded our expectations, creating a relaxed and enjoyable dining experience. The location of the hotel is ideal as it is right in the heart of Hanoi, yet in a calmer pocket where it’s much easier to cross the roads (a huge plus if you’ve been to Hanoi before!). It’s close to everything, but you still get a sense of calm and comfort when you return at the end of the day. As we checked out, we were surprised with a thoughtful parting gift, which left such a positive final impression. It’s the kind of personal touch that really makes a difference."

"A really beautiful boutique hotel set in a convenient location in the historic old quarter. The room was not large but we received an upgrade with a balcony. What stood out about the hotel is the tasteful and beautiful Vietnamese decor and the service which is top notch. The staff could not do enough to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommend."
