The hotel is newly renovated, tidy and clean. The location of the hotel is very convenient, you can reach many places you would go in Hanoi within 15 minutes by car or even by walking. Staff of the hotel is enthusiasm and with high level of hospitality. Highly recommended.

Mia and Celina were really friendly and welcoming. They gave us a lot of information about what we can do in Hanoi. Anna recommended us the Free Walking Tour Hanoi, that was great! Mia helped us to book our tour in the Halong Bay and organised our Trip from Halong City to Ninh Binh. The room was perfect, the bed is really comfortable and it is very quiet, although in the streets from Hanoi is pretty crowded and noisy. The best was the breakfast. From this hotel you can also go walking everywhere! It’s really good located!

I couldn’t recommend more. The location is perfect, the rooms clean and beds very comfortable. The staff is beyond welcoming and incredibly helpful, they had plenty of good recommendations, helped us arrange a last minute trip to Ha long that was wonderful. We were greeted with the warmest welcome whenever we were coming back to the hotel by Mia, Celina, Cindy at night! After 4 days, it felt like leaving a family :)

Nice and friendly teams, from the reception to the F&B teams. Ms. Kim attended to us professional during our check-in and everything was well organised.
