Absolutely hands down the best hotel I’ve stayed in. The staff were fantastic. Cannot say enough nice things about them. At check in I was upgraded to a family suite with balcony room! Wow it was huge!! The room was mega spacious, with a large desk, hairdryer, towels, shower gel, shampoo & conditioner. (As well as shaving kits, toothbrushes and shower caps.) Hotel is located in the old quarter but tucked away so it’s not so chaotic. It’s also literally a minutes walk to train street. My room was out the front and even at night the noise was minimal and had two full nights sleep. (I’m a light sleeper) Breakfast was superb with so much choice and as the breakfast room is located on the rooftop bar you get lovely views. 100% I will stay here again if I find myself in Hanoi. Beyond excellent (and believe me I don’t say that often!)

This is a beautiful hotel in the Old Quarter. All the staff at the hotel are exceptional - so friendly, polite & helpful. The concerts helped us arrange amazing day tours to Ninh Binh & to Halong Bay. Delicious buffet breakfast, with eggs cooked to order. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
