The staff are very friendly and accommodating. We had a gap of several hours between getting back from the Ha Long Bay cruise and catching the overnights train. The hotel staff let us store our luggage even though we were no longer staying at the hotel.

"This is the best hotel I’ve stayed in during my trip to Vietnam. The staff are very friendly and attentive. The rooms are nice. The breakfast is delicious. The rooftop pool is perfect after a hot day. For real, the staff welcome you with a cold drink and a cloth to wipe your hands. We left and came back a few times while we did excursions to Ha Long Bay and Ninh Binh and they welcomed us back each time. On our last day they lined up by the car and waved bye. It was such a wonderful experience. "
