The room was very clean. Staff members were friendly and attentive. Just FYI, the mattress was quite hard, so it’s great for back sleepers but not so much for side sleepers. Also, the spa is actually located a couple of blocks away and not exactly at the hotel.

We did not get the room type we booked because it was not available when we arrived (disappointed). We complained they later changed us a new room, but it was not quite the same type we booked. Another thing is the room in actual is only about 70% of what it looks like on Expedia! This should only be a 3-star hotel. The STAFF are exceptional, very friendly and helpful. The LOCATION is excellent, close to restaurants, Hoan Kiem Lake, street food and shopping."
