L'emplacement était parfait, au cœur du vieux quartier de Hanoï. Le personnel, en particulier Mme Anna, était très serviable. Mme Anna a pris grand soin de tous nos besoins et s'efforçait toujours de nous rendre heureux et à l'aise, c'était notre première fois au Vietnam. Mme Anna est toujours restée en contact depuis la réservation de l'hébergement et a fourni toutes les informations nécessaires pour notre voyage, en réservant également notre excursion d'une journée à Ninh Binh ainsi que les transferts vers la baie d'Halong à un coût raisonnable. Le petit-déjeuner avait des options/espace limités, mais toutes les options à la carte étaient délicieuses. Le personnel nous a même préparé des petits-déjeuners à emporter car nous étions pressés pour notre vol. Nous avons été autorisés à laisser nos bagages à l'hôtel pendant que nous étions partis pour la croisière d'une nuit dans la baie d'Halong. Dans l'ensemble, nous avons été très satisfaits de notre séjour et nous reviendrons certainement au Royal Premium Hotel.

Ubicación fantástica a solo minutos del lago y a poca distancia a pie de todo lo que queríamos ver. La Sra. Anna organizó un automóvil hacia y desde el aeropuerto, lo que reduce mucho el estrés de la llegada. También organizó el transporte a Ninh Binh y Sa Pa para las siguientes etapas de nuestro viaje. I liked the friendly advice provided by reception as well as the aircon. Clean family room for 4. Great location, no need to go far for anything, plenty options for shopping, food and coffee just out the door. Streets are busy but the hotel is quiet. We were lucky our room was available for a slightly early check in and a slightly late check out. There is an area to wait for pickups and baggage store if needed.

Fantastic location in old quarter. Easy to access plenty of attractions, food options and transport nearby. A minute walk to Hoan Kiem Lake. We had a balcony apartment overlooking a busy street. We spent ages watching people go about their days from above. Room was clean. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Fantastic location only minutes from the lake and easy walking to everything we wanted to see. Ms Anna organised a car to and from the airport which takes a lot of stress out of arrival. She also organised transport to Nihn Bin and Sa Pa for the next legs of our trip. The cooked breakfast was tasty.

The location is excellent. The staff are very kind and helpful. I came in late from ha Giang at 12 midnight and was tired. The staff waited up for me and had my room ready. They also told me I could pay the next day. The bed was comfortable, room was clean. I had the room at the inner side of the property so it was relatively quiet. Have a window but limited lights coming in but not a problem for me because I can sleep in full darkness. Anna at recept and ĐA at concierge are excellent!

The location was perfect in the middle of Hanoi Old Quarter. The staff especially Ms. Anna were very helpful. Ms. Anna took special care of all our needs and was always striving to keep us happy and comfortable, this was our first time in Vietnam. Ms. Anna was always in touch since I booked the accommodation and provided all the required information we needed for the trip and also booked our day trip to Ninh Binh and transfers to Halong Bay at reasonable cost. The breakfast had limited options/space however all the alacarte options were very delicious. The staff even packed us takeaway breakfast since we were rushing for our flight. We were allowed to store our luggage at the hotel while we were away for the overnight Halong Bay cruise. Overall we were very happy with the stay and will definitely stay again at Royal Premium Hotel.

My second time staying at Royal Premium Hotel and I absolutely love it. The location is perfect, being right in the middle of the old quarter, but away from noisy bars, which makes it quiet for sleeping at night and is within walking distance of major sites. The rooms are nicely decorated and are cleaned every day, and the minibar items are cheap and restocked every day. The WiFi is reliable and very fast. All of the staff that work there are very friendly and helpful, especially Ms. Anna, who always comes to chat to you at breakfast, and every other time she sees you throughout the day. I lost all of my bank cards in an accident, and Anna helped me out by arranging for a money transfer instead, which was perfect, and meant that I didn't have to cut my holiday short. The second time I arrived at the hotel very early in the morning from Ninh Binh, the staff allowed me to check in early so that I didn't have to hang around all day. The selection of food available for breakfast was very good, and they have a good cooked breakfast selection too. If you are looking for a bit of luxury and hospitality, then you won't be disappointed in this hotel. I would definitely stay at this hotel again when I return to Hanoi.

The hotel is in a great location right in the centre of the old quarter and is within walking distance of most of the sights. It's also very close to the hop on hop off bus stop which is a great way of getting around. The staff we very friendly, especially Anna who came to greet me at breakfast every morning, and when I checked out all of the staff members on duty came to say goodbye to me at the door. The beds were really comfy, and the room was well cleaned every day. They also offer a laundry service, and I received my items back within a few hours, and the cost was very reasonable compared to doing it yourself at a laundrette. There is a good variety of items available at breakfast as well as a a la carte menu, and it is all good quality food.
