L’hôtel est bien situé, la plupart des sites touristiques sont accessibles à pied. Je ne peux pas assez louer le personnel, ils parlaient tous un anglais brillant et ils ne pouvaient pas faire assez pour nous aider. Ils nous ont aidés à réserver une excursion dans la baie d’Ha Long et quand la compagnie de croisière a déclassé notre chambre, ils ont été très serviables et nous ont obtenu un surclassement dans une chambre avec jacuzzi ! Ils nous ont également aidés à réserver des billets de bus pour Hué. Ils nous ont aidés avec tout, des indications aux conseils pour nous dire où manger et faire du shopping et nous n’avons même pas eu à demander l’aide qu’ils offraient toujours ! Ils ont rendu le voyage à Hanoi très agréable et je recommande vivement cet hôtel. Les chambres étaient charmantes avec une bonne connexion wifi, nous avons fait une bonne affaire sur Expedia.

I love this hotel because of the personnel there, who will help a customer with absolutely anything. The location is definitely unbeatable, right in the middle of the old quarter it is within walking distance of the city's major tourist attractions like the Temple of Literature and Hoan Kiem lake as well as major shopping opportunities. I stayed at this hotel for an extended period in August 2024, and have been back for weekend visits twice since then. I have never been disappointed. The rooms are cozy, clean and include 4 star accommodations for prices of 3 star hotels. Also really enjoy the included breakfast. There's not many places I can say that about. 10/10 would recommend for anyone.

I loved my stay at the Royal palace, 95 Hang bông. The hotel is centrally located, the neighborhood couldn't be better, the front desk personnel are absolutely the best for everything you need. They books airport cars, taxis, tours and even translate to the taxi or phone call individuals if that is needed. I stay with them each year as I love Hanoi. Wouldn't stay anywhere else. If you decide to stay with them, book as far ahead as you can. The more advance notice, the better the price. And they are always cheerful as are most Vietnamese. The best stay, the best price and the best neighborhood.

We stayed 1 night in double room here after our ha long bay tour was canceled. We booked online however by the time we arrived the type of room we booked was no longer available so they gave us a free upgrade to the deluxe. Location in old quarter - very central. Room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast was tasty - try the club French toast! Would recommend staying here.

It is a small hotel situated very close to the Hoan Kiem area. The room was big enough for me with full bathroom facilities, restaurant, taxi service to and from the airport at a very reasonable price. IN the room I had air conditioned, huge TV, a very nice bathroom and a bed to die for! And the price, a mere $ 50.- per night! The Taxi to the airport only $ 18.!!!!! I already told them that I will be booking with them on my next visit to Hanoi before the end of the year.

We booked a medium range 4 star boutique hotel in old quarter and found the condition unacceptable. It was late for me and my family after 17 hour flight. We walked around and a local hotel receptionist took us to Royal Palace hotel because their hotel was fully booked. We were so happy that we didn't made to stay in our original arrangement. The 2 rooms we stayed in for 2 nights were fantastic. Clean, spacious, the staffs are FANTASTIC! The hotel even allow us to pay partial fee for an extended check out. As we speak, we are still in our room resting ( traveling with elder parents) before our flight departs tonight. Continental breakfast was fantastic as well. The few days we stayed they changed up the menu for variety.

Pour le prix, c’est l’un des meilleurs hôtels de Hanoi. Il y a une baignoire et une douche debout, un réfrigérateur et un lit moelleux et confortable. Cependant, ce qui se démarque vraiment, c’est le personnel et le propriétaire, qui feront tout leur possible pour aider de toutes les manières possibles. There is not one bad thing I can think of about this hotel. I stayed here with my dad and sister who came to visit me. The breakfast was decent with both western and Vietnamese choices. The room was clean, with good decor (could have used thicker windows) but that was not a big problem. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Finally the hotel was very handy for sightseeing and had a great excursion to Ha Long Bay. I would definitely come back

このホテルの場所はハノイの中心にあり、このホテルが大好きです。スーペリアルームを予約しましたが、バルコニーの広いロイヤルルームにアップグレードされました。部屋はとても清潔で、スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで、空港までのタクシーの手配を手伝ってくれました。マネージャーのジミーは素晴らしく、ハノイ、ベトナムに滞在中ずっと私の手助けをしてくれました。

We have been to Royal Palace Hotel with friends. The hotel is in a very good location, is clean and tidy. The staff is very helpful and friendly, Special thanks to Ms Jennie and Mr Jim.

My girl friend and i have great time stayed at Royal Palace Hotel.The room is clean,big window and good WiFi.I have never meet the staff extremely and resourceful who are Mr Jimmi make for our best time stayed in Hanoi.He arranged the Ha Long Bay and Sa Pa with Fantastic trip and good price. He kept our luggage when i went on the tour. I will comeback here again in the future.
