Was able to book last minute here at Royal palace Hotel, and the staff was incredibly accommodating. The room was as described, clean, attractive, and comfortable. Sulli greeted me with a smile in the morning to ensure a smooth checkout.

Our room is quite spacious, super comfy, and clean. All the staff are super welcoming and detail-oriented. Their chech-in counters are 24/24 hours and they listen carefully to what you need and always meet ours. For example, our first night in Hanoi was pouring down pretty hard, and our shirts and shorts were totally wet and dirty, but they did our laundry and returned to us with them folded nicely, which I really like. They even let us deposit our luggages for free when we are exploring Ha Long Bay. Plus, the location is right at the center of tourists' attractions, which making it a really nice place to crush while exploring Hanoi. Definitly worth the stays!

Le personnel était incroyablement sympathique et attentionné, ce qui a rendu mon séjour confortable dès mon arrivée. The location was great and the family who runs the place was so friendly and helpful! We booked a day trip to ninh binh and our ha giang loop tour through them and they took care of everything! Room was very comfy and clean and beds were very comfy! Would highly recommend this place!

Overall we were disappointed with this hotel. We expected more from a place with “palace” in its name. It felt old and run down. While the staff were generally good, The room itself was small, the bed was uncomfortable, the towels were dingy and the complimentary breakfast was very basic. We did like the location - walkable to many sights and good restaurants and spas in Hanoi. I would not choose this hotel again.

Good location for Old Hanoi

Great location and very helpful and friendly staff. Rooms seem to vary. I was travelling with a friend. And we had both booked the same type of room yet one of us has a my bigger room
