The rooms are set back from the noisy main drag and located right in the hears of nightlife and quiet daytime coffee shops and cafes. The shower had very hot water quickly and with high pressure. The bed and linens were high quality - and the breakfast with eggs to order had ample meats, fruits, breads, and rice options. I highly recommend this hotel !!

Arrived in HaNoi on a weekend - the hustle bustle in the old town was mind boggling and the street in front of the hotel was impassable but the hotel staff met our taxi at the corner and carried our bags to the hotel. The staff was phenomenal and the customer service excellent. They really care that you have a wonderful experience. The hotel has everything you need and a rooftop bar with a nice view (despite the super loud club music even during sunset). It’s located in the middle of bars, hostels, etc. so there is expected noise at night which didn’t really bother me. Walking distance to the lake, restaurants, etc.
