I stayed here for two nights and I loved it. The room was very clean, comfortable, and I slept really well, which I appreciated so much. The staff were super friendly and kind, and the balcony and rooftop were beautiful. I enjoyed spending time there. At the end of my stay they even gave me a hotel bag as a gift. It was such a sweet gesture, especially because I actually needed one haha Overall my experience was amazing. I felt great there and I would stay again for sure if I return to Hanoi. I really recommend it!

We loved staying here. This was the start of our 2 week trip in Vietnam and we enjoyed this hotel so much that we changed our last night's accommodation so that we would return here before going home. The airport pick up was really good, and the communication super quick and efficient. The staff were sooooo nice. We also used the spa, which was excellent and the rooftop bar, which was beautiful. We had an excellent stay at L’HÔTEL du LAC Hanoi! The staff is what really makes this place special. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, they gave great recommendations for nearby sites in the Old Quarter, arranged our transfer, and helped to safely navigate our baggage through the hectic stream of motorbikes. The bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever had in a hotel, it was tough to get out of bed in the morning - but well worth it considering the delicious breakfast buffet. We would definitely recommend this hotel if you’re a first time or returning visitor to Hanoi!
