A fantastic, small boutique hotel in the heart of Hanoi. The staff was amazing. We arrived around 5:30 AM and the hotel held our bags until check-in. We walked around the city ate some food and when we came back, our bags were already in our room. The package we got had breakfast included. It was a great mix between western and Vietnamese food. The food quality and service was certainly on par with the best five star hotels. I will definitely stay here on my next trip to Hanoi. The only change I would make would be to pay a little bit more for a larger room.

This stunningly modern hotel is in the heart of the old quarter, with Dong Xuan Market, Train Street, and tons of restaurants and cafes nearby. The staff make this place shine! Rose, the manager, is incredibly helpful and hooked us up with the best Ha Long Bay cruise - a trip highlight! She is warm and makes guests feel at home. The team members — Broky, Sarah, Lilly, Kendra, Emma annd others — are super helpful, polite, and professional. Great breakfast options and very comfortable rooms. Would totally recommend and stay again! Huge thanks to the wonderful team for making our stay so enjoyable. Highly recommended!
