We reserved a two-bedroom suite and were assigned Room 422 on the top floor. On the upside, the room was spacious and quiet, the desk staff were all very nice and accommodating, and, we were surprised to learn, the room had two bathrooms - one off of each bedroom. The kitchen was well equipped, except that - and here start the downsides - although the suite had three beds, obviously intended for at least three people, there were only two chairs in the entire suite, both at the dining table, one of which was obviously a work chair for a desk in a suite with no desk. There were only two coffee packs, two decaf packs and two teabags, although there were plenty of plates and glasses, including both wine glasses and a corkscrew. The hallway door didn't swing shut because it was too tight in the doorframe - it had to be pulled shut with extra effort to latch it. The sliding door to one of the bathrooms had come off its rail and lay at an angle on the floor; and it had a nasty-looking screw sticking out at just the right angle to gouge someone who wasn't being careful, say using the bathroom at night. One of the bathroom sinks drained slowly. All in all, potentially an excellent hotel, but badly in need of a new maintenance manager.
