"Rooms are pretty small with no storage. It was a challenge for 2 adults staying for a few days to use the room. No space to move if suitcases were on the luggage racks- which is really the only option since there is no closet, dresser or shelves."

"AC did not work. Had to move to a different floor. Privacy curtain partially ripped off. In the new room three of four lockers lock assemblies were BROKEN. A very loud music at the ground floor bar. Staff was helpful trying to fix the AC and the privacy curtain problems."
