Some refresh and control needed; great location
The hotel was about what you’d expect for the cost. Our main issues were temperature related. The air was being overridden somewhere and we couldn’t lower the temperature in the room to something reasonable despite there being a controller in the room. The water was also HOT. In both the tap and shower, even if you selected cold, it only lasted a beat before it was almost unbearably hot. Location worked well for us. Even easy to the airport via the city bus.

Room was nicely upgraded. Breakfast was great. Staff outstanding and accommodating. We got in very early from USA, checked in, they held our baggage. We explored a bit. They texted me shortly thereafter to let me know the had my room ready. This was much appreciated, as we were very tired.

Fire alarm went off twice a day everyday at terrible times, room was on a sub level with views of an alley, two different elevators, one up then one down to get the room. The room itself was very nice, comfortable bed, modern and clean.

We booked a King Bed room. The room we checked into had a double bed. We had to unpack quickly in order to make a dinner reservation. We returned to the front desk after dinner to tell them about the mistake. They acknowledged the mistake, but said we could only have a larger room if we paid an upcharge. Tired, we decided to stay in the original room. Not about the money, just the attitude. 3 stars is a charitable rating. This hotel is not very good.
