The rooms were incredibly dark, everything annoy this stat was terrible. We had handicap rooms (2) because we had asked for 2 singles. Doors were extremely heavy and You had to use 2 metal stoppers which didn’t even work, not sure how a handicap could open those extremely heavy door. The smallest lights I’ve ever seen, basically like walking in the dark. We told the office it was out but no one bothered to fix it, not that it wild have really mattered. I couldn’t see when I was packing so I told the man at the front desk I needed to borrow some lamps, which I took from the breakfast tables. The difference between the lights in the halls vs lights in the rooms was comical, just Crazy. The mirror was hung up in the corner and because you can’t use a hairdryer in the bathroom you didn’t have the length to use the mirror, even though the mirror could have been hung in the proper spot. I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels, this by far wasn’t my favorite.

Would rate as average. Lacking things that could have made stay better (paper towels, kleenex, broom, bigger trash can in kitchen). No instructions for appliances, etc. Poor lighting in some rooms. Small rooms. Staff was friendly and helpful. No tram as advertised (out of service) but close to bus stop. Grocery store close. Bar in restaurant but never saw it open. No ice available in hotel.
