We didn't eat at the restaurant but, the bar had delicious cocktails. We were so grateful that the staff was able to turn on the Blue Jays game for us. the check in process was quick and easy. I had misplaced my credit card and I was starting to panic but the staff member that was there was very helpful and reassuring. She offered me a space to look through our luggage and water to calm my nerves.

The staff member at breakfast was not the friendliest. When I asked him to repeat (I wear hearing aids and was not hearing him properly), he was terse. I did not like the bed and have commented to the duty manager about it.

The hotel is in a great location. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The rooms are small and claustrophobic. There was one small window that looked out to other windows. The light from those windows shined into the room even with the blinds down.

had such a wonderful stay at the Marlin Hotel in Dublin. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful, they truly went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. The hotel itself is stylish, clean, and modern, with a cozy atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The location couldn’t be better. It’s in the heart of the city, within easy walking distance to great shops, restaurants, and attractions. I also felt completely safe during my stay, which made exploring the area even more enjoyable. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend the Marlin Hotel to anyone visiting Dublin.

I’m writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at your hotel. I stayed for one night last week and, unfortunately, encountered serious cleanliness issues in my room — specifically visible mold in the bathtub and hair in the sink. As someone with a mold allergy, this made my stay extremely uncomfortable. I brought my concerns to the attention of the front desk manager, who offered me a complimentary drink at the bar. I declined, as the issue was not minor and a drink did not address the health and hygiene concern at hand. I left early the following morning because I felt uneasy remaining in the room. Given the high rate I paid for one night, I feel this situation warrants more than a token gesture. I have photos documenting the condition of the bathroom, which I can provide if needed. I would appreciate it if you could review this matter and let me know what steps can be taken to resolve it appropriately. Thank you for your attention to this matter — I look forward to your prompt response.
