Overall a good hotel in historic building. Shower was annoying because it did not hold temperature and needed constant adjustment. Sink drained very slowly. I talked to the front desk but issue was not fixed even so they promised to do so.

Beautiful Clean hotel, Needs work on Guest Comfort

The hotel property itself was nice, especially for being an older building. The rooms were updated and modern. My issues were the following: 1. Cleaning staff were very loud in the early morning 8am is too early to be blasting music 2. The beds are extremely uncomfortable. The pillows are too tall and feel like bricks. 3. The radiant heat system was hit or miss, it was very cold one night and the heat wouldn't turn on, even when putting it on the highest setting. 4. I asked the front desk to look into why my TV had no channels, they said they would. Well I had no channels for my entire stay, had to use my tablet instead. 5. The wifi is spotty. 6. Lastly, the breakfast at the restaurant is not good. For what you pay 18 to 20 € a day, I shouldn't be eating powdered scrambled eggs. Also, not all the food is ready at opening; went later one day and received smoked salmon, the subsequent days, I went between 630 to 7am and there was none. I was told that it was not ready, 45 mins later they still hadn't brought it out. The man who was preparing that area didn't really seem to care as if it wasn't his problem.

A proper welcome to Dublin
