Great experience, really nice hotel with great customer service from staff. Room was clean. Only downside was that not all the TV channels were working. Reported it to staff, but they didn't get any maintenance to fix it. Would have expected that to be fixed for a 4 star hotel and given the price unpaid to stay at over £600 for 4 nights.
