The hotel was lovely and very clean. The staff were accommodating and friendly. We had a pretty comfortable stay here. The two downsides were the beds were really stiff and not that comfy, and it’s about a 30min walk to the main areas of Dublin which got a bit annoying even after only staying two nights.

Being a bit removed from the most touristy parts of Dublin suited me but still totally walkable within 20 or 30 minutes to where all the action is at Temple Bar and Trinity College. The restaurant and dining options at the hotel were excellent and the food delicious.

Stayed here on our first 2 nights in Ireland. Picked this for the good reviews and location to the airport and the Shelbourne Greyhound Park, since we were going there for night out and wanted to walk. There are a couple of pubs and restaurants within 3 blocks. Plus, the hotel pub and restaurant were nice. We had a room for 3 with breakfast. Thought it was a good value. The bathroom was nice but the room did get hot. They provide a fan which we used. Was warmer the days we were there. Seem to have enough parking. Lots of tours start off or use this hotel. Was busier than expected. Staff extremely helpful with taxis and recommendations. Takes about 20-30 mins to walk to the main action, but a tram is right across the street. Would stay here again.
