Loved this hotel!!! They are amazing with customer service. We had a few needs and they just accommodated it. The room service was amazing. The hotel restaurant and lounge… chefs kiss. They gave great recommendations, service, and kindness. Plus, the water in the fridge in our room was actually soooo amazing! Bed was comfy also.

Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were clean and tudy but ironing board was broken (very mior complaint) I wouldn't say its the best hotel in dublin but you would styggle to find better for the price.

The hotel was clean, staff were friendly. Be aware that the doors are not sound proof so if you’re trying to rest after a full day of exploring, you’ll be waken up by the sound of door slamming in the hallway all morning. The location is great if you’re active and don’t mind walking but if you travel with teenagers who care about their look more than comfort or with little ones, it might be a little farther away from everything and public transportation.

Really nice hotel. Comfortable and excellent service. The very friendly staff all went the extra mile to make things nice. The location is great too, it is out of the hectic center, but only a 10 or 15 minute walk to places of interest. We loved walking along the grand canal too.

We only stayed the night and left early the next morning so it's hard to give it a fair review. The rooms were clean and the beds and sheets, comfy. I would recommend this hotel to a friend.

The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. The rooms are quite small and there aren’t any views, etc, but overall pleasant. The parking onsite is free but very limited. One slightly disappointing aspect is that the lounge service is very, very slow. We waited about 15 minutes to be greeted by a waiter and another 45 min for our dishes to arrive.

A really great one night stay, was up to meet some friends and we had dinner around the corner. Excellent breakfast the next morning, lots of options for everyone. Bed was comfortable, shower was good and plenty of tea and coffee in the room. My only very minor complaint was the lighting in the bedroom. The bathroom lights and the bedside lights were connected for some reason. You couldn’t have the bedside lights on without turning on the switch for the bathroom. The lights at the bed did have on off switches but they wouldn’t turn on if the bathroom lights weren’t on…. It was very very bizarre. Other than that, there was no complaints at all and I will definitely stay here again for any future visits to Dublin.

Easy access to the airport. Bus right outside that takes you to the centre of town. The room was clean but quite ugly. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Buffet breakfast was decent for the price.
