Initial check in staff on Saturday night 10/11 was less than helpful and practically rude. Due to an error in booking, we checked out Sunday morning and back in Sunday night. Morning staff was delightful and most helpful! Restaurant staff and housecleaning all lovely. Restaurant ans hotel was clean but surrounding area is quite dirty.

Parking is secure and in a covered garage. Everything needs a room key to get to, which makes the hotel very safe. Check in and out was easy with their automated machines.

The place is generally good. The staff is especially friendly and helpful. It is quite convenient; St Patrick’s is across the street and Christ Church a little farther away. On the negative side there was a tiny bit of mold in the bathroom, no big deal, and this is one of those hotels with the half glass door across the shower. I don’t know why hotels do that. Just spend the money and put in a full glass partition please, so water doesn’t get all over the bathroom. The other downside was the buffet breakfast. It was awful. The food was cold and not tasty. The only thing that saved the breakfast was the cereal selection, the chocolate croissants, and the tea. All in all it’s a good place. Skip the buffet breakfast however, even with the 20% off coupon Expedia VIP’s get, and get breakfast at one of the coffee shops across the street. The ultimate test—yes, I would stay here again. The price is right, the staff couldn’t be better, and the location is fantastic.

This was a lovely hotel in downtown Dublin. Everything was walking distance and we had a great stay. The beds were comfortable and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was less than great, but there was a little coffee/bakery (Fumbly) shop about a block away that was fantastic. The only real downside was how incredibly small the rooms were.

Good base for short city break

2 night stay as a couple and very good hotel. Room and facilities were lovely (we didn't eat there so cant comment on that). Great for bus services but also close enough to City Centre and lots of other places of interest to be relatively easy to walk from.
