Beautiful room

We only stayed one night at the very end of our trip when we were thoroughly exhausted, but it was a nice place to stay for that last night. Easy check-in and out process, and the front desk staff were friendly. Parking is a few blocks away which was a little difficult with our huge luggage, but manageable. Clean and very comfortable room, but not a lot in the immediate blocks surrounding the hotel. I felt like I was in a better area once I walked a few blocks south toward the canal.

Property and staff were wonderful! There was an issue with my reservation- I should have had breakfast included and the staff tried to resolve but I ended up paying for breakfast. Do not know if that’s an issue with the hotel or Expedia. Other than that, this was a great experience.

The property is very nice however their food options are very limited. The air freshener used throughout the sitting are was very unpleasant. The staff was polite but appeared to be inexperienced. The bar is beautiful but there was not but one bartender that could mix a cocktail if you ordered something different than offered on their menu.

Gorgeous, eclectic hotel. The staff were wonderful and attentive. The lobby is gorgeous and buzzing with other travelers. Rooms were extremely clean and well kept. It’s right next to the historic “The Hacienda”, and exclusive staple in Dublin. Easily accessible to many pubs and cool views!
