Although I wrote an extensive review for this hotel, I am unable to post it here, because the text box has a strict word limit. Too bad. Do not believe some of the insanely high scores that some previous customers apparently gave. I would give it a 6.5/10. Be prepared to feel like freezing in your room. They only activate the heating in the morning around 8 AM, when you are ready to check out. If ever a fire breaks out at this hotel, it will be a true disaster ... did not see any fire evacuation diagrams on any wall, during the 20 minutes I was trying to locate my room ... Staff is indeed friendly, rooms clean, no bath tub, but modern shower.

Your sign does not tell the story with full disclosure outside. When and where do you inform patrons to get parking validated so they avoid paying twice as much for a single night of overnight parking? It feels like a scam.

It’s a convenient hotel near the DUB airport but the walking route from the terminal was not easy to figure out. It’s needs better signage and instruction/map on their website. Their shuttle to the terminals were way too small. They were only able to take a small fraction of their customers and luggage in one load so we ended up walking to the terminal. They need to have a signup system for their shuttle service.

The room next to the elevator is not at all desirable. I contacted the hotel via email about transportation but never heard back. Had to take a taxi to the hotel. It's an OK place next to the airport wihch is a bonus.

The Maldron made it easy for us to get to the airport on time with their shuttle service. The food wasn't very good. The onion rings tasted like they had been in the freezer for a very long time. I'd recommend to grt food somewhere else. The airport food might even be better.
