I loved how easy it was to check in here and how nice the property was. My partner and I were traveling from the United States and it was really thoughtful that they sent us an email to let us know that our room was available early to do their self-service check in on a really busy weekend [we were in town for a gig, but there was also a big rugby match happening the same weekend so we by no means expected this], so we were able to go directly from the airport and take the shuttle buses to the hotel to check in that morning. The rooms were spotless and the beds were so comfortable. Sometimes I have a hard time sleeping at hotel properties because it’s not my own bed, but this was not the case here. We slept so well. They do have room amenities such as a hairdryer and a folding table with an iron as well. Having the shuttle bus too is such a convenient option, you’re able to take it to the airport to take the Dublin Express to get downtown, although it does take a longer time to get downtown from the airport versus if you’re on the other side of the river coming back, it takes maybe 30 minutes tops to get back to the airport. The shuttle bus option is still one of the biggest reasons why we stayed here since we had an early flight to Scotland after a few days and because we could easily get to other buses to travel around from the airport.

Very cold room, never got above 60 degrees F, even colder in the bathroom. Asked for another warm blanket and was only provided one that covered half the bed. Had to walk down stairs to get to our room, which was very difficult with heavy luggage (we are both 70+ years old). Automated checkout didn’t work. TV volume was set so low, you couldn’t hear it, and it could not be adjusted.

Great location especially with a 24hr airport shuttle. Beds were very comfy and room was nicely furnished and maintained. Bar downstairs was moderately priced for an airport hotel. Make a nice rendezvous spot when collecting other travelers in the party. For the price, well worth it.
