This is the 2nd complaint I'm making. I had a problem with a room in San Francisco. Now this one I booked had 2 queen befs NOT 3 queen beds. They didnt even have/see my reservation until I showed them my phone. You guys SUCK!!!!

clean , very quit area . There was a river behind the hotel that we could see and hear at night . all lighted up walk way around .
