"I was given two cards when I checked in. Both worked the first time but stopped working afterwards, meaning when I left the room, I could not use the elevators and open my room. I went to the reception twice because the first time it happened, the guy at the reception said it's been fixed (even though I asked for a new card, he just said it should work); the second time it happened, the lady at the reception had to issue me a new card and asked someone to accompany me to the room, because guess what, that new card failed on the elevator again!!! The guy who accompanied me said we had to try another elevator where it worked. Just terrible for a hotel that's apparently new. Also, when I checked out and asked for the shuttle to the airport, they asked me if I signed up. When I said no because they said it's "first come, first served basis", they still said you still have to sign up and it was already full. When I asked if they can help me get a taxi, they said they can't because they have their own shuttle. AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS! Location is terrible. It's not walkable to a lot of places and they have limited dining options."

"The hotel is close to the airport and very convenient. You can walk to the runway for an early morning. There is a Newport mall close and other several convenience store or fastfood to get food. The only thing is I wouldn’t do breakfast here. Not many selection."
