The food supply is limited. It was a busy Sunday morning and the food trays were not replenished right away. Had to ask when will they fill up trays and some items were gone fast. Not recommended to purchase breakfast as option. There’s lots of restaurants nearby. The staffs are aplogetic. Might have not expected the number of guests that’s why.

It was really a staycation for our dad away from the threat of the super typhoon. We stayed in a suite room and it was just right. The staff in the hotel are accommodating and courteous, finding ways to meet our needs. He uses a wheel chair and the entryways, hallways are indeed proven for accessibility. He is usually picky about where he stays but he was quite happy. Just a note for improvement, the toilet and shower facilities do have handle bars for safety however, it would have been complete if there is provision of a shower bench or stool.

It's always a delight to stay in this hotel. The location is excellent plus the staff are exceptionally courteous and helpful. Dors made my check-in fast and pleasant while Mariel, Micah, Tine from Casa restaurant are always providing excellent service which makes dining a great experience. I stayed here to attend an event at the skydome. The hotel is excellent for this but ask the staff for directions. I failed to do this and spent a long time looking for it. In fact its just a short distance through level 2 of the shopping centre. There is no need to descend to the chaos of street level. If you wanted to spend time shopping the location is paradise. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The room clean and well provided with kettle, iron and ironing board. The bed comfortable with pristine cotyon sheets. The breakfast offers a wide choice of food amd should cater for any tastes.
