Hotel was well priced for what you received. Rooms were standard, spacious, if anything they felt a little sterile. Buffet breakfast was good. Gym was sufficient, hotel is conveniently connected to a mall, outdoor pools were too warm. Slight odour in my bathroom. Would consider staying again but would try elsewhere first.

We stayed at the property for several years now. Great location, friendly staff, clean rooms and plenty of amenities. However, we have noticed that the hotel is starting to deteriorate. With the upcoming new hotels, they may have more competition and may need to upgrade.

Love it!

Had a nice stay here. From the moment we arrived service was quick. Bellman helped us to the room quickly and also upon check out. Room was spacious, shower was nice, bed was comfy! Main reason I booked it was the connection to the mall and it didn’t disappoint. The lobby was nice to meet friends at. Will def stay here again.

Have been staying here for several years now for our annual trips to Manila, Ph. and it never disappoint. Location, security and the fact that it’s part of the mall is really awesome. Service is awesome, Diane our room service person is really good, made sure we are confortable and everything we need is always available. Restaurant personnel did a great job as well, Mariel and Queen, Mark, Gerald and Ghemma were very efficient and took care of us. Front desk staff weee very welcoming. Kudos to all.

The property is great very clean and the staff is super sweet and helpful. Being connected to the mall was nice you can get food do your shopping and get a taxi or bus, so it was super convenient. Once all the construction is done and the subway platform completed it will only be more convenient in the future
