Very disappointing property. I’ve never stayed in such a poorly maintained Hilton. The halls and elevators were dingy. The wall paper in the room was peeling, the faux leather light was scratched and peeling. The remote and room phone were disgusting. The beds didn’t have proper sheets. There was, what I would like to think toothpaste, smeared behind the toilet that had not been cleaned. The room was just dirty. I feel like I could have stayed at a much cheaper property and it would have been cleaner than this hotel. Will not be staying here again.

Terrible parking, overpriced, rooms are filthy, and toilets and bathtubs don’t flush or drain. Used to be $160 to stay here and was decent. Over the year is downgraded. Costed me an arm and a leg, no refrigerator, no parking, dust all over the room, stains on bedsheets.

We didn’t like that we had to pay for parking since it was not mentioned prior to arrival. We have stayed here before and the clerk insisted that I did pay her was wrong

Nice place to stay for price - comfortable and clean. The parking costs was not disclosed, so the cost was more than expected and my card was charged twice for the parking. The 800 number customer service is hard to reach, so it's annoying. The property and room were nice and convenient.
