Shuttle driver was Awesome!!! He was very helpful & took some photos of me & my parttner. Dining room furniture was old and looked like cast offs from some out of business banquet hall. All the coffee and hot water ran out twice during the breakfast hours. 3 of the Waffle maker syrup dispensers were totally empty and staff brought out one bottle of syrup to replace the 3 empty ones. Egg souffles were very good. Pork sausage patties very salty. Coffee was good. Bed was comfortable. Fairly quiet room but you could hear other rooms tvs while walking in hallway and some guests let their door slam shut with little regard for other guests. Swimming pool looks nice but could be open later considering how much guests are paying to stay. very close to the casino and the shuttle driver again was excellent

The shuttle driver was very helpful, friendly, and was very prompt when we called for the return ride from the casino. He even took some photos for us. Driveway entrance needs better signage due to the road construction in front of the hotel. Also the driveway entrance is in need of repair. there is a big bump as you drive from the road into the driveway. Everything overall was ok but I didn't think it was worth the price.

The room was very nice; a suite that really felt like an alcove studio apartment. It was clean (except for a few stray hairs from a previous guest in the bathroom) and nicely appointed. The breakfast was good and it's a two minute drive to Mohegan Sun.

Quick stay for four people while visiting Mohegan. Shuttle every five to ten minutes was nice! Appreciated the 11am checkout. Rooms were spacious enough for four people. No complaints!

Dirty and Gross

Room was filthy. Obviously had not ever been deep cleaned. Lights had cobwebs. Thermostat batteries were dead so I could not control room temperature. Broken tv remote control. Bathroom lighting was awful, extremely dark in there with no good lighting at mirror to help you get ready. Shower had pink mold. Absolutely disgusting. Washed all my clothes and luggage after staying in this dump. Hotel staff were at least friendly, but did their absolute minimum. When I asked for batteries for thermostat I got mumbled “sorry about that”.
