Staff was great, the hotel was very clean. However they need to hire a different snow plow company. It was a mess with the snow. No shovel to provide for guest. My room was not attended to the time I was there.

We had an overall great experience and truly enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our visit. We happened to stay during a blizzard, which made the trip a bit more eventful than expected! While everything inside was wonderful, it would have been helpful if the amenities were a bit more prepared for severe weather. Having a shovel available on-site for situations like that would have made things easier. Overall though, we had a great stay and appreciate the hospitality!

The building overall seemed dated, needed paint, carpet, etc The rooms were fine, they were clean, beds comfortable, towels were fluffy and absorbent and the shower was great. the "free shuttle" was only available Fri-Sat but not indicated in the website info BEFORE I booked it. The staff was friendly and welcomng and the breakfast was sufficient. If looking for a more substantial breakfast "Breakfast at Diana's" down the road was fantastic and worth the wait! Otherwise there are DD nearby.
