We got a presidential suite. The bed and jacuzzi was great. The tv mount was broken so it was on an angle. The tv in the bathroom didn't work to watch while in the jacuzzi, the peole in the room above us sounded like they were moving furniture all night and the one night we got room service the burgers were cooked in the center but had to chew through raw meat to getbto yhe good part. The staff night staff was a joy though. Wish i could remember his name. The wonan who checked us in directed us to the wrong side of the hotel for our room though, lugging everything across the hotel after the long drive wasn't great. Also the "small hold" on the card was $500, cutting into our funds so we did not get to do everything we wanted for the visit. Was nice but not worth it wont do this one again.
