The property is within a few minutes to Foxwoods. The staff was friendly & helpful. The room was basic, clean & updated. Parking was convenient. The self serve breakfast was excellent. There was a good variety of choices for food & drinks. I would stay here again.

Upon checking in there was an older woman on the phone who was very angry, and swearing. She finally stated to us that she would be right with us. She then proceeded to be annoyed with the other girl behind the counter who was training. I felt so bad for her. The day prior I had called the hotel to ask if they can accommodate my room next to another friend who was also staying there. She not only yelled at me, but stated how dare I call during her busy time and ask for this. Upon checking out there was a man at the front. He also seemed a bit rude when I asked for a receipt, and also asked for the name of the woman who checked me in. He asked me in a rude as to why, and I stated for a google review. I did tell me her name was Candace. Not sure if it’s right, but due to the awful staff here, and the smells of the room, and how outdated it is, and breakfast being horrible I will NEVER stay here again!

Everything was good the staff is very pleasnt and the room was very comfortable, i only wish I had my own microwave; but everything else was great including the shuttle to the casino was always on time and the driver is very nice.

First we witnessed the woman at the front desk being rude to many guest on different occasions, when they let her know that the room keys were not working she insisted that they do. The beds appear to bed old and we could feel springs in the mattress the pillows were like couch pillows not very comfortable at all. The “deluxe” continental breakfast consists of bagels and waffles. **** The shuttle driver was wonderful! The rooms were clean

It wasn't fancy and it had all the necessities. They provided towels and toiletries and the room even has a fridge There's a continental breakfast that's just full of carbs, no protein whatsoever, but there's coffee and tea...So there's that. One strange thing, though they came in to straighten up the room, you know, make the beds and give us new towels, and they only made up one bed and left the other 1 unmade. I didn't understand that, but whatever it was weird. It's actually not a bad stay. And if I'm going to foxwoods again or staying in that area, I definitely would stay there again.
