The property is within a few minutes to Foxwoods. The staff was friendly & helpful. The room was basic, clean & updated. Parking was convenient. The self serve breakfast was excellent. There was a good variety of choices for food & drinks. I would stay here again.

Upon checking in there was an older woman on the phone who was very angry, and swearing. She finally stated to us that she would be right with us. She then proceeded to be annoyed with the other girl behind the counter who was training. I felt so bad for her. The day prior I had called the hotel to ask if they can accommodate my room next to another friend who was also staying there. She not only yelled at me, but stated how dare I call during her busy time and ask for this. Upon checking out there was a man at the front. He also seemed a bit rude when I asked for a receipt, and also asked for the name of the woman who checked me in. He asked me in a rude as to why, and I stated for a google review. I did tell me her name was Candace. Not sure if it’s right, but due to the awful staff here, and the smells of the room, and how outdated it is, and breakfast being horrible I will NEVER stay here again!

Staff were great! Room was dated, but clean. Heat in room was overwhelming and difficult to control. Way too hot! Included breakfast was pretty blah- limited. Charge per night was appropriate.

The room was clean, there was poor snow removal as there was a snowfall of about 6 inches before we got there. Had to walk through snow on the most protectedupstairs balcony and on the most interiosetvof stairs.

Very clean room. Front desk staff was a little rude. But I would stay there again because of the location and cleanliness. Unfortunately it was very snowy and the parking lot and spaces were terrible.

First of all, we got a great deal for two rooms so I can’t complain about the price. The rooms were OK a little tacky it’s OK they’re clean. Unfortunately, the desk person was not the most pleasant but she seemed to be getting ridiculous phone calls from people so I imagine she was a little bit frazzled, but would I go again probably not.

Check in was super quick. My issue lies with gaining access to our room. Because of the cold weather, the key cards did not work very well. We were stuck out in the cold for 5-7 minutes while continuously trying to activate the door via the key card. We were warned there would be an issue but if that is a reoccurring condition, maybe key cards should not be the only way to gain access to rooms.
