The room was really bad. Carpet stained. Shower linking all the time.Breakfast was not good. Doughnuts stale and coffee luke warm.

This was a last minute change that was good cost wise but definitely disappointing and challenging. Upon arrival the room advertised as a sleep 6 was definitely not. I called the hotel prior to arrival and questioned the accommodations because it only listed 2 queen beds and was told that the room had a sleep sofa (which it did not). Called the front desk clerk was pretty nochalant offered a rollaway. Upon providing the rollaway was told that she wasn't sure if the linen on it was clean, so we were given additional linen. The bathroom toilet got clogged after the first use, was provided a plunger. After 3/4 conversations with the front desk about the toilet was finally offered another room the next day. New room smelled better but the jacuzzi (which we were informed) was not working and had some really nasty looking water sitting in it, the second tv was not operational. Informed them that the room with the second tv was for my mom with dementia and necessary to keep her occupied and still. The clerk suggested that I put her in a chair in front of the other tv until it could be addressed (completely clueless about caring for a person with dementia). What was most frustrating about the TV issue was that once addressed after a 3/4 hour wait it took maintenance a hot second to make it operational. At around 10 pm the second night the hotel was evacuated for a possible carbon monoxide leak so everyone was standing outside for about 2- 2 1/2 hours. I have more but, at my word limi

Breakfast area was closed . Breakfast was in a bag and consisted of a cupcake, small box of juice and a water. pretty bad!

Staff was friendly and courteous. Condition of property was disappointing: lightbulb in bathroom was blown out, sink barely drained.

The room was clean and comfortable. Upon entering the room the HVAC unit cover was off the unit and laying on the floor in front of the unit. I turned on the heat, and there was a whistling notice coming from the unit. It finally went away after an hour of running it. Shortly after checking into room, someone knocked on the door and said that the gentleman at the front desk gave him the room I was in. I told him that I was given the room key to this room, and I’m not leaving. I later informed a different young woman at the front desk about that, and she apologized for the confusion, and that I was supposed to be given a different room by the first gentleman at the desk, and I could continue to stay in my room.
