After returning home, I found at least 10 bed bug bites all over my body. I was happy at first when they allow early check-in, but now very regretful that I had asked early check-in. :(

There was only one elevator working the whole time we stayed in the hotel near the rear entrance. We had to wait a long time especially when the staff was constantly holding the elevator up to move their equipment from floor to to floor. Finally, I still don't understand why there was no microwave in the room. This is the first time we stayed at a hotel with no microwave.

Very convenient to the airport but the plane noise takes away from the niceness. The cleaning staff did not clean our room one of the days we requested. And the shower supplies ie… shampoo and body wash were empty.

Weekend Warriors Beware

I was excited to bring my girlfriend to San Diego for her first time & wanted it to be special for her. We arrived and unloaded our things to check in, only to find out we were being sent to a different building a few miles down the road. They still checked us in and said we could pay an extra $30 a night to stay at that property. (Which was the property in the hotels.com pictures) i declined and we loaded the car back up and drove to the other location. Upon arrival, we notciced the building was ran down and again, was the property in the pictures. The room was clean & did have a view of a bay and airport. First thing we noticed was there wasn't a walk-in shower or a keurig. (I called a few days before to make sure our room would have both) Saturday we got back to the room to find out the refrigerator and tv were not working. Everything in the fridge was how & needed to be thrown away. They sent maintenance and they ran an extension cord and power strip. (Total ghetto) I will say everyone we encountered was nice. Until i responded to the hotels message, "how was your stay and please rate us." I explained everything and was told it was not their responsibility and it was on hotels.com for posting the pictures on the site. These 2 properties should be listed and 2 different places. We made the best of it, but was highly disappointed in the quality of a Sheraton property. I about forgot to add that its $50 a night to park. This should be added when looking at rooms

We had a bad experience, I believe the neighbor was smoking marijuana on the balcony and the smell was venting into our room . Staff and security was notified but nothing resolved , it was a wasted stay because we were uncomfortable and lost sleep . Room 161 north tower

All of the staff we encountered were welcoming and at your service. We got to the hotel at 1:00 and they checked us in to our room, delivered our luggage promptly and we were on our way to explore San Diego. Loved it all.
