Sit out on the furnished lower deck or up on the balcony for amazing views of the sound and the adjacent golf course or to take in the sights and sounds of nature surrounding you from your fenced yard, complete with a private pool and hot tub. The outdoor shower is convenient after a day spent warm on the sand.

Enjoy the many amenities inside this bright and open home, including a well-equipped, full kitchen, a shuffleboard table, several TVs, and an inviting main living area. Additional shared community amenities include seasonal pools, a beach trolley, sports courts, a fitness room, and access to the private community beach. A guard house and. 24/7 security add to the ease of your enjoyment.

For fun-filled adventures in town, don't forget to check out the Currituck Beach Lighthouse; you may even get a glimpse of some wild horses, but please admire them from a distance and do not feed them. Guests can access the Currituck Club Golf Course by paying a heavily reduced fee when renting this property.
The fireplace is not operational.
For January and February bookings, please contact the property management company to ensure the hot tub is available.
Private Pool Dates: The private pool is open May 1st through October 15th. The private pool is unavailable outside of these dates.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Security camera details: There is an exterior camera at the front door and a second camera by the garage.
