Property had a feel of being very old. Handicap parking was very limited. There is no inside dining onsite. Restrooms around the pool areas were not kept clean and stocked with bathroom tissue. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

Property has very limited handicap parking. Property is very old and needs to be updated. Restrooms around pool areas were never kept clean. Facility needs more signage asking parents to keep their children from running due to fall hazards (wet floors) at the pool areas.

Quick stay

This place was a perfect place to break up a long trip to Florida. We stayed 2 nights and the kids had everything kind of pool available! Indoor pool, outdoor pool, waterpark. When storms came, the fun still continued! There was also a DJ and a bar. Well managed! Do be aware: the property has 3 buildings and some rooms don’t have elevator access.

We liked the variety of swimming areas especially for kids. We did not like that the designated smoking area was a little too close the main kids splash area so the smoke smell would waft over to the kids area.

Waited in line for over 30 minutes just to check in. Booked a room with ocean view (not partial) and while ocean was off in the distance, our balcony was directly above the kiddie pool area (quite tacky and loud) so view was terrible. Hotel is old, dingy and in need of remodel / paint. Room appeared to be clean but when barefoot on floors they were sticky. Bathtub / shower had previous guest hair throughout tub. Gross. Absolutely the worst hotel I have stayed at in Myrtle Beach and I am from the Carolinas and have been visiting this beach for decades. Would never stay there again.

Grandson's birthday trip

We had a mishap with the car rental company in Greenville. I called the hotel and they assured me that even though I was running late, the room was still available to us. Check in was quick and smooth. We had a great view of the ocean from our balcony. My grandkids had such a blast at the water park downstairs that they went to bed and slept for 9 hours😂 The room was clean and convenient. It had dishes and utensils that helped me with meals. The kids enjoyed their selves so much we didn't have to leave to go anywhere else. My oldest daughter referred them to me and I referred them to my cousin. I definitely will come back to stay again!👍

Loved it. My kids enjoyed it. Water park and beach were great ! 10 minute walk to the amusement park . Amazing. Only issue was that I originally booked an ocean front room and some how it was switched to low rise room so we were literally in the parking lot which wasn’t bad either because we were able to unload and load easily. Just really wanted the ocean view. But we’ll be back !

Mislead booking

The hotel room I thought I booked I didn’t get on arrival. I only booked here because of the toddler play area for my 2 yr old son. The hotel was really crowded, I know it’s summer but it was looking over booked. It was people everywhere. The beds were so hard my back was sore after one night. And the bath towels were full of hair….luckily I brought some of my own along with washcloths. Overall, I don’t think I will be visiting again.
