This place is a disgusting, DIRTY hotel! Upon our arrival at 5:30 pm, our room wasn't ready even though check in was at 4pm. We got a different room after waiting for some time. We entered the room to find hair all over the floors, holes in the shower walls, 6" pieces of plaster missing from the ceiling, mirrors so dirty that you couldn't see in them to apply makeup, the safe didn't work, the tv remote didn't work, the peep hole cover was broken, the bathroom floor around the toilet was a disgusting mess, there was no toilet paper, there were dirty linens outside our door (not ours) for over 24 hours. Our bed linens had cigarette burns on them (non smoking hotel???). Also, the AC seemed to be dying by our 3rd day! Our key cards didn't work after 2 days! The positive things: there was hot water.....even from the cold spigot. There is only 1 ice machine in this 17 floor hotel. Good luck finding it. There is insufficient parking spaces, for the number of rooms. If we could've found a room somewhere else, we would've. We drove 10+ hours to get to this cesspool! Do not believe the pictures on the site, they are not accurate at all! Also, the pools are littered with garbage!
