Unprofessional. Falsely advertised amenities.... my kids and i stayed here for 4 days during a heat wave with NO WORKING POOLS although we booked a kitchenette there we no Pots and Pans didnt get any until after 9pm on day of check in was told by fromt desk staff that theyre only available upon request and limited ..... so why adverstise this and have guest purchasing groceries they may not get to cook without going out and buying their own cookware .... Building and rooms very old amnd mold EVERYWHERE!!!

The staff was very disorganized checking in, also I had to put a deposit down for 100 that I still haven’t been refunded. The room I was originally given the key wouldn’t open the door, was given a new room where it probably hadn’t been swept or mopped or even aired out in 6 months I would say. Not very clean, the bar restaurant was not even open that following day after checking in. No vending machines on site. No ice either. 10/10 would not recommend.

You get what you pay for

This hotel is extremely old and out of date, the location is really its only redeeming qualities, they have pools, hot tubs, a lazy river, and they either did not work, or looked like someone threw up in the water. Inside the rooms are not terrible, it was clean and the bed was comfortable, I did not see any bugs or other questionable critters at this hotel. Over all it was a cheap hotel that is ran down, I guess you get what you pay for.

When I was checking in the clerk was trying to deal with 3 other people as well instead of asking them to kindly wait until he finished with me. That was so rude. The other guest was all in the counter in my personal space and when the clerk asked me a question he would say something about his room!!!!!

My stay overall for 3 days and 2 nights wasn’t terrible. However there were some flaws with the room. For example the bed was too loose and the mattress kept slipping off the bed. The walls had some cosmetic flaws. The couch had some sort of burgundy stain that resembled ink or maybe blood? Also the indoor and outdoor pools were filthy and the elevators were obviously in need of some maintenance. Otherwise the view was spectacular. We had an oceanfront on the 11th floor. And the staff were awesome.

The "remodeled" room consisted of a few strikes of paint on the ceiling. Floors were horrible. Pillows were horrible. A small blood stain on the cover. Door handle to balcony fell off. Maintenance took 6 hours to fix it. Lazy river was NASTY! I've stayed here before but to be remodeled it was worse.

The toilet was not bolted down, the room was disgusting. The other guest were rude and slammed doors consistently. The room and balcony spelled of weed!! My children’s feet were disgusting, had a broken chair on the balcony. Pool was disgusting my kids could not swim in it nor would we let them. The beds were uncomfortable something kept biting my kids. It was out right AWFUL!!!! Nothing like the pictures at all. Avoid at all cost go to paradise resort!

The interior of the room was bad. I have pictures if you’d like them. There was mold under the sink on the trim. There was an electrical cord spliced with tape. The flooring was a plank style that had gaps between the pieces in the bathroom.
