The elevators needed to be cleaner The hot tubs were not available for the week we were there When we arrived, there was no kitchen products available i.e. Dishes silverware pots pans etc. The staff was extremely wonderful: always greeted with a smile and was always willing to aid and assist

Very dirty, very dirty air vents. Poop in the hall way, very old rugs paint peeling everywhere, lots of spider webs in the hallways, bed was comfortable. Need total renovation.

I liked the property the staff was friendly. The air conditioning in my room did not work. For that one reason alone I will not stay at this property again. The lady at the front desk said they was sending someone. But we wheee out of the room at that time but when we returned the room was still hot. I was not able to enjoy the outside activity as I would have like to because I had no cool place to recover form the heat. Very disappointed

All of the pools were closed the 3 days that we were there. The indoor pool, the outdoor pool, the inside jacuzzi and both outdoor jacuzzis were closed and one didn’t even have water In it and was really dirty.The pools nor jacuzzis were not clean either and had water bottles and other things floating. Needs to be updated.

We stayed here for the 4th of July week and had MULTIPLE ROOMS, there were 20 people with our group. We all chose this place for the amenities, (Should have listened to the reviews) and to our surprise NOTHING worked. We did call the property a few days before leaving to make sure these things worked and were told the only thing that was down was the tiki bar....well....The restaurant was CLOSED, the tiki bar CLOSED, lazy river CLOSED, hot tubs CLOSED both pools CLOSED! There was so much trash all over the property, over flowing out of garbage cans. Some kids decided on Friday to just get in the pool and the worker just said oh well it should be ok, after telling people all week it was closed for electric issues. We asked for housekeeping to come into the room so it could be swept and trash removed and clean towels and were told house keeping doesn't come in for long stays like ours and they offered me a broom and a few trash bags for ONE trash can that was in the bathroom. We had to take towels down to the front desk or leave them outside for pick up but still had to down to get new towels each day. I usually wouldn't have an issue with this but the cost of the stay we should have got cleanliness. There was a man shot down the street at the gas station and they just said it happens there all the time, not to worry🤔. The fireworks on the beach were amazing and we did have a good time outside the property, I just don't think this was the place for us.

The employee was not friendly, they didn't have enough towels, rainwater came in and the fire alarm went off all night. There were three beds and we had to use two because they could never turn off the fourth one where the alarm went off. The staff was very rude and antisocial. I not recommend

This propery is a mess. Its dirty l, falling apart and our initial room was disgusting. We had to ask fo a different room because of tge carpet being wet , sheets had spots on them, couch had cigerett burns on it along all kinds of spots on it? The entire room had a mildew smell. We were just shocked at the overall conditions of this hotel.

No amenities, as listed. Water was leaking from the floor had to put towels on the floor. Housekeeping keeping comes around 6 pm when we were in the room instead of coming early like most hotel does. When we first got there they gave us a room on the eleventh floor in which the door wouldn’t lock. Pools were out of order. Manager never on site 😖

The room was perfect size for family. Hotel location was pretty good. Beach access was great. Hotel needs to hire proper staff. The hotel could be great but the maintenance on the hotel is very poor. Housekeeping is very poor. One person at the registration deck was nice only when I checked in. This could be a great hotel with a good staff. Pool was closed Housekeeping wouldn’t give anything you needed for the room. They just rudely said no go to the front desk. Then they were rude. Had a fire alarm telling us to get out of hotel and there was no response from hotel to let us know what was going on or that we could enter. False alarm. It was a great stay but felt like we were a problem for the staff

The only thing worth saying good about this hotel is that we could see the ocean from our balcony which most of the hotels you can see the ocean!! This hotel was VERY disappointing. Nothing was open. I called the week prior to our stay to make sure they had opened everything and was told yes. When we got there until we left, none of it was open. The indoor and outdoor pools, the lazy river, the kiddie pool, the 3 hot tubs, the tiki hut and the restaurant were closed and had been closed for a while. It's was filthy and disgusting. All the bad reviews are correct. I along with my 25 family members that had their rooms were totally disappointed. I was embarrassed because I was the one that told them it was going to be great for our family vacation. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

Never again!!

So where do I begin. You will receive an email stating you maybe able to check in early but don’t count it. Upon finally checking in and walking into the room, my anxiety instantly overtook me. The pictures are a joke. The rooms should have been renovated. Old and run down is the only way to describe this so called “resort”. The barracks I stayed in for basic training and AIT was cleaner than this. Just nasty! I took so many pics I can’t even post all of them.
