Not what was expected!

The entire property was not attended to and the descriptions were in accurate. The property has been neglected and some items have been incomplete or completed with items that are not a quality produce. The refrigerator is so dented and damaged that is is offensive. The stove was so dirty that I had to clean it before I would cook on it. The supply of drinking vessels was limited to mason jars. Mason jars are not everyone's choice of glassware. There was not fireplace on the deck, there was no fire pit on ground lever, there were no roaming stock on the property, therefore the opening and closing of the gate on the driveway was a waste of time. The condition of the driveway was extremely neglected. There was a water flow rut at the entrance that could have been easily graded so that cars did not drag bottom entering the property. The same can be said for the driveway, itself. It is in very poor condition. The parking area should be leveled, freed of the week condition and some kind of safety installed on the building side as there is a drop off on that side. There are numerous issues inside the unit. The best way to describe the conditions is that the entire unit needs updating and a good scrubbing and clean up with new paint and floors (they are very worn). The living room furniture needs to be replaced with another style that is actually comfortable to sit on.
