THE SPACE

Smart home with private entrance, keyless entry, and outdoor security cameras: 3 in the front including the doorbell Ring cam.

We wanted our place to be enjoyable to stay at, both indoors and out. We know it's pricey to travel, so we prioritized having a variety of amenities here so you don't have to constantly go out.

Large backyard and side yard with mountain views; artificial grass for year-round enjoyment; porch swing; pergola with LED lights; patio table w/6-chairs; natural gas grill with side burner; 2 propane space heaters; a hot tub with built-in LED lights covered by another pergola with programmable LED lights; and a propane firepit with 4 chairs shaded by a 10-ft LED umbrella. Towels for hot tub and plenty of games in outdoor container.

The main floor has open floor plan with tons of natural light and a half-bath.

Also on the main floor is a kitchen island with barstools, an 8-person dining room table, and a living room with an 85 inch smart TV, couch, loveseat and super-comfy reclining chair. Need a private office space or have people in your group who have difficulty with stairs? We have a full bedroom/office with lots of windows and an optional queen Murphy bed on the main floor to work or use as a quiet place to relax and read. Please avoid injury and do not attempt to set up or put away the Murphy bed by yourself, we are happy to set it up for you if needed. Hook your laptop to a 34" hi-res monitor via HDMI or DP mounted on a 47"' x 24" desk that converts from sitting to standing with a touch of a button. Connect the available hardline for max 500 Mbps internet, or choose Wifi throughout the home that can reach up to 475 Mbps. Whole-house water softener, with second filtration for drinking water at the kitchen sink.

The 2nd floor has the master king bedroom with master bathroom with separate bath and walk-in shower, 2 sinks, 55" smart TV; 2nd queen bedroom; common room with 65" smart TV and full-size pull out couch; 2nd full bath; and fully-stocked laundry room with full-size washer/dryer.

The basement includes a 2nd master queen bedroom with walk-in closet, 3-bed kids room with indoor games, ANOTHER living room for the kids, 50" smart TV, bar/kitchenette with mini-fridge and freezer, workout equipment, and full bath.

The Alexa devices in the kitchen and office are unplugged and the camera shutter closed. You are free to plug in if you'd like to use them!

IMPORTANT! Please shower before entering the hot tub. You'll notice the water turn green and residue build on the walls in a day or 2 if you don't. If you have young ones, please only allow those that are potty trained to go in. We have a new hot tub cover holder that is different from the video, but should be pretty easy to fold the lid and slide onto the holder. Please let us know if you need additional guidance on it.
