" Rooms were spotless, and check in/ out front staff was staff were nice, but morning breakfast staff person wasn’t so nice for her just cutting off my husband for second on small sandwich in front of a lot people in the dinning area, telling him he needs to think of others, and this was almost at the end breakfast and was a lot of breakfast left. Breakfast person needs to be telling a a person quickly than being so loud and embarrassing my people, that I didn’t like at all, she not a professional person to be working with people of all nationality. Shame 😔🙁 This was very weird, first time ever we hear from a breakfast person. Being stingy with food. Very not good. "

"The women at the front desk were cheerful, lovely to work with and due to a last-minute issue, which prompted an extra night for lodging, they did an awesome job to assist. Good nearby food, not far or hard to get around. We will be back in another week."

"The staff were so friendly and helpful, made us feel right at home. We loved the communal feel and all of the amazing murals. The room, common areas and kitchen were all really clean. We will definitely be staying at the RAD again!!!"
