This is always our go-to. I love the outdoor entrances. Fairly well priced, clean and comfortable. Some of the staff leave much to be desired but overall typically good experiences. I just wish they would open the pool back up. Oh and breakfast in the morning is always a plus.

It was okay, but the water pressure was very low and the water temperature would jump from hot to cold when it decided throughout your shower. The towels were kid sized. At night we learned how close the train is ans we were serendaded to sleep by our mini fridge, singing the sounds of a wind in a cave.

Long-term rental style property with all of the problems that come with it. Motel style outside, insecure entrances. Moved my family for security reasons. Pool was closed in Midsummer. Transient sleeping in the courtyard. People coming and going at all hours. Parking lot was insecure.

it stunk of smoke, i woke up with a sore throat. I paid for 5 days but had to book a different hotel, they wouldn't give me a refund for the extra 4 days. This was probably the worst hotel that I have ever stayed at.

Very sketchy. Would not stay again. Staff was helpful, but property is not well kept, broken door lock, lights not working. Bathroom was as clean as it could be, but stained, cracked, mildewy. Bed was clean, but sheets had marks/stains. Do not recommend.

THE ROOM WAS DAMAGED AND THE STOOL WAS LEAKING WHEN FLUSHED. I SAW A MOUSE RUN ACROSS THE LOBBY FLOOR. THEY HAD NO OTHER ROOMS AVAILABLE. THEY PROMISED A FULL REFUND. IT WAS IN A FAIRLY BAD AREA OF TOWN. I AM VERY UNHAPPY WITH THE CHOICE. WE FOUND ANOTHER HOTEL ON OUR OWN. I EXPECT HOTELS.COM TO REFUND MY MONEY.

The plumbing in the hotel did not work correctly. The employees appeared to not care about cleanliness, guest, or their WiFi/cable. Some guests were yelling all night and were harassing children - it was a bit disturbing. The hotel appeared to have hired some homeless people to make sure guests left and did not sleep comfortably....

We waited 45 minutes just to check-in When the clerk did come in he charged us $100 deposit and was extremely rude. We were concerned that something might have happened to the desk clerk. When we got to our room it had a shared adjoining door with other guests who were extremely loud and up until 2 am I will never stay at this location again

It’s ok. No room service on daily basis to clean rooms. Breakfast was ok. Everything we have to collect from the front office. I would suggest if you come to Colorado make sure they can provide daily room service. Only thing that’s was good that staff was cooperative and pleasant.
