This cozy stylish studio, detached guest house is perfect for short-term or extended stay in the beautiful city of Minneola. Sleeps 2, can accommodate up to 4. Features a large backyard and a fire pit. Close to Downtown Clermont, National Training Center, and 35 minutes to Disney World and other major attractions. This tranquil space features a queen bed with 3" memory foam mattress topper and spacious living space that has a Multi-Functional Sofa that converts into a Bed.

The space
This high-density memory foam, pillow-top design lounger features two power outlets and two USB ports so recharging your devices has never been easier. The kitchen is fully stocked with spices, coffee/tea station, blender and slow cooker.

Meals can be enjoyed inside at the dining table (seating for 4) or in the backyard sitting on the Adirondack chairs surrounding a fire pit where you can roast marshmallows, hotdogs, and tell campfire stories. There is a washer/dryer with laundry soap provided inside the unit. Shampoo, conditioner and body soap are provided in the full size bathroom. Playing cards and board games are a perfect way to kick back and relax with your loved ones or stream services available with guests’ own account(s) on the 43” smart tv.
